This combination of Hero X Venna will
undoubtedly produce superior bone and substance as it is a
line breeding on KS '85 Hassan Vom Konigsgarten. It will be the first
of any offspring by Hero Von
Den Hassberghohen,
or his brother Henry Von Den Hassberghohen
to enter the US.
We refuse to chase the new "latest and
greatest" dog on the scene or breed to a dog for his kennel name. We chose this male on his merit alone. We wanted the very best
stud from the line of Hassan who possessed at least 67cm in height,
black eye, excellent working ability (Sch 1 score of 286 pts), with a beautiful headpiece.
After much research, many phone calls, translation of Ztp reports and
critiques, we decided upon Hero.
Hero brings to the table everything
phenotypical mentioned prior and the fact that his sire, Akino Von Der
Lauterbrucke, is the product of a half brother, half sister line
breeding on

The importance of KS'85 Hassan vom
Konigsgarten on the Rottweiler today is unmistakable. It is our
opinion that the breeding program by Martin Speck of
Obergrombacher Schloss Kennel in
Germany contributed the most to Hassan's legacy.

Venna was flown to Germany for this mating to Hero on January 7th, 9th, and
10th. She
returned to the states Jan 11th, 2006. We will be accepting only a few
reservations for offspring from this breeding to qualified show homes.
